DESIRED PROFILE

  • Master’s degree in Architecture (or equivalent) with +10 years post-graduate professional experience in Portugal;

  • +7 years of professional experience in project management across all project phases (Concept, Licensing, Detail Design, Construction follow-up);

  • Expertise in coordinating multiple teams and projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for quality, deadlines, and budget control;

  • Natural leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

  • Strong organization and planning skills, with the confidence to be independent in decision-making;

  • Ability to represent the office before clients and key stakeholders;

  • A motivated, initiative-driven, and proactive mindset, focused on contributing to the strategic growth of the Lisbon office;

  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written);

  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is highly valued.
